**The Opportunity**:
As Variable Compensation Data Analyst Sr. will have immediate impact as the liaison for all cross-functional data, will ensure the quality and accuracy of data used for Sales Compensation.
This role is very hands-on, working collaboratively and cross-functionally to manage requirements for company needs and to visualize data to tell a story based on KPI ́s created for our organization.
