ASG is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team.


Responsibilities

• Record and post journal entries to the general ledger with appropriate supporting documentation
  
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and subledgers on a monthly basis
  
• Process accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, and authorization verification
  
• Assist with accounts receivable processing, customer billing, and cash application activities
  
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and record depreciation in accordance with established policies
