Broad Functions

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up sputter systems start‑up / conversion activities and process documentation.
• Audit sputter parameters and practices periodically, including online SPC and procedure conformance.
• Lead sputter process-related troubleshooting, work closely with the shift process team, and improve sputter utilization, yield, and quality.
• Lead sputter process improvement projects (SU/STT/Cost/Quality/PPH & others), including new products, machines, and process qualification.
• Supervise, coach, and train process technicians, engineering specialists, and characterize technicians.
