PSG Power Products & Test Development Engineer
Work together with Product Engineering team and manufacturing test engineering team to support new product development and its smooth transition to mass production in multiple manufacturing sites. Develop and implement test software & hardware for high voltage, high power semiconductor module and discrete, primarily in the area of final test Develop test coverage to ensure no test escapees Lead engineer for test solution implementation in mass production Perform product characterization Support customer related activities as needed Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Physics. Good oral and written English language. At least 5 years hands-on experience in semiconductor test and/or product engineering. Experienced in high power semiconductor is preferred.
