Staff Software Engineer

London offices + flexible hybrid working

A Principal Software Engineer / Staff Engineer is required to join a high performing software engineering department. The company are building innovative products and require a Principal Engineer to oversee several teams acting a SME and improving product delivery.

The Principal Engineer will lead experienced software engineers, utilising modern technology to Productise applications used by a global customer base. The business offers flexible hybrid working options with offices in London (3-4 days WFH per week).

Responsibilities include:

• Influence technical direction and architecture decisions across a range of Software products
• Implement and improve software engineering practices - SOLID principles, etc
• Play a key role in steering product delivery working with associated software engineers
• Write high quality code in a modern .Net, SQL, Azure environment
