About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious full‑stack engineer to solve customer problems and build long‑term solutions. You will own a large portion of our product, research competitors, write product specs, make wireframes, and implement end‑to‑end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build features such as automated interview scheduling, declarative filter architecture, and in‑app offer signing.
• Write product specs, wireframes, and turn ideas into production code.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high‑quality software.
• Own projects from research to shipping.

• Strong full‑stack engineering skills; comfortable tackling all layers of the stack.
