The Opportunity

A senior leadership position within a large-scale national retail environment responsible for delivering complex construction and fit out programs across a high-volume retail network. This role oversees end to end delivery of new builds, refurbishments and strategic capital works with an annual budget exceeding $100M.

This position suits an experienced construction project leader who has operated at scale within retail, commercial or multi-site environments and is comfortable balancing leadership. delivery, financial performance and stakeholder management.
