Station Maintenance Coordinator

Position Overview

As a Station Maintenance Coordinator within Etihad Rail Mobility's Operations and Engineering department, the position shall act as the primary interface for all contractors and subcontractor works at stations across the handover transition and post-handover Defect Notification Period. Reporting to the Stations Maintenance Manager, the position is responsible for administering the Permit to Work (PTW) process, including the initial review and ensuring implementation of an appropriate Safe System of Work, coordinating interfaces between relevant stakeholders, supporting planning and scheduling, tracking defect and snag rectification, and maintaining accurate records of all works performed on station assets and systems.
