Steward

We are looking for a dedicated Steward to join our team in the UAE Alain. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen while supporting the daily operations of the culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and report any issues when necessary.
• Dispose of waste according to company procedures.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
• Assist the kitchen team with general cleaning and other support duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
