Position Overview
Basic Function
Responsible for the cleaning and maintaining the hygiene of the Food & Beverage work areas, materials and equipment.
Responsibility and Authority- Loads dirty wares into the dishwashing machinery, operates machine according to the prescribed procedures, remove clean wares from the machine and sort according to kind, size and outlet.
- Scrapes off food residue from wares with scrubbing pas and sponge, applies water and detergent when necessary.
- Soaks stained wares in chemical solution or wash and scrubs them with cleanser.
- Cleans work and kitchen area, dishwashing machine, burnishing machine and sorting table to ensure proper hygiene.
- Delivers cleaned wares to the different F&B outlets.
- Arranges empty glass racks in neat piles, replaces filled racks on sorting table with empty ones.
- Cleans and washes all used pots, pans, utensils, steamers, tilting pans, ovens and table sinks. ...
