Position Overview
What You Will Do
- Inspect all incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with airworthiness certificates and purchase/repair orders.
- Identify, document, and raise discrepancy reports for any defects, damages, or quality issues.
- Ensure all accompanying documents are collated and comply with statutory, client, and internal regulations.
- Perform necessary transactions in SAP as required.
- Maintain documentation records for audit, traceability, and reporting purposes.
- Monitor shelf life and expiration dates of engine spares.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, aviation safety, and quality standards.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
