Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Receiving & Recording – Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes; record inventory levels, stock movements, and related transactions in the ERP system.
  • Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels regularly and initiate replenishment to maintain optimal inventory availability.
  • Outbound Operations – Prepare daily outbound orders, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
  • Process Improvement – Identify operational gaps and recommend process enhancements, automation opportunities, and workflow adjustments in line with company policies.
  • Reporting – Generate reports to understand monthly/daily operation volumes and take necessary actions.
