About the Role

• Manage a residential strata portfolio
• Chair AGMs 
• Build strong relationships with committees, owners and contractors
• Coordinate maintenance, compliance and building matters
• Prepare agendas, minutes and client correspondence
• Ensure schemes operate in line with legislation and by-laws

About You

• Previous strata or property management experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organised, proactive and confident managing a portfolio
• Professional approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
