Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and close high-impact enterprise opportunities.
  • Map global enterprise accounts through targeted prospecting.
  • Develop strong relationships with CxO-level contacts.
  • Lead in-depth, multi-stakeholder discovery using the MEDDIC framework.
  • Define and coordinate pilot phases to demonstrate value.
  • Lead RFI/RFP processes end-to-end.
  • Manage heavy-weight MSA negotiations across multiple countries.
  • Prepare deployment plans for successful transitions to Account Management teams.
  • Master the Malt pitch and provide insights for marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Middle East market.
  • Proven track record in complex B2B sales cycles in a SaaS Tech environment.
  • Familiarity with the staffing or future of work industry.
