Responsibilities

• Work with the various local and integral teams to help sharpen the strategy and plans through better planning and deeper analysis, target setting, follow-up, and help drive gap-closing initiatives.
• Help sharpen the Retail strategy for Chile.
• Help define the quarterly and monthly plans.
• Help track performance / OKRs vs targets (WBRs, MBRs etc).
• Help define and drive gap-closing initiatives.
• Track UE for Retail in Pacifico, help define initiatives and lead the follow-up for agile execution.
• Management reporting of performance and progress of key initiatives.
• Perform deep analysis of performance.
