Strategic Business Manager

We are seeking, a diligent and inspirational StrategicBusiness Manager, for 30 hours per week, to join our senior leadership team. Reporting to the ManagingPartners and accountable to the Senior Partner, the Strategic Business Manager will provide leadership, direction, and accountability across all aspects of practice operations, including finance, workforce, governance, estates, service delivery, and organisational development.

Main duties of the job

The Strategic Business Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across all areas of practice management, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and sustainable services.
