Strategic CSM for LATAM & Spain — SaaS

Echobox is seeking a Customer Success Manager to cover LATAM and Spain, based in Buenos Aires. You will be the main contact for a growing client base, driving adoption, renewals and upsell opportunities while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

You will educate clients on best practices, deliver strategic business reviews, and advocate for customers across the Echobox product suite, including Social and Email offerings.
