You will work with executive teams on strategic and organizational challenges, lead assignments across executive search and leadership advisory, and build long-term client relationships to grow your own portfolio.

You will identify new commercial opportunities, collaborate with colleagues across Europe, and operate with autonomy supported by a strong internal
