As a trusted advisor, the Senior HR Business Partner provides expert guidance on workforce planning, employee and labour relations, performance management, organizational change, talent development, engagement, and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to provide strategic HR advice and solutions that support operational priorities, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and business objectives.
