Strategic KAM, HR & Payroll (Finland)

Zalaris Deutschland AG is seeking a Strategic Key Account Manager in Finland to own the customer journey from contract handover to renewal. You will lead governance, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with HR leaders across Finland to ensure superior service delivery and growth.

The role requires deep HR & Payroll outsourcing experience, SAP/SuccessFactors and other HR platforms, and the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders in a complex, multinational environment.
