Strategic Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and structure business cases, ROI assessments, and operational models for market expansion initiatives.
• Turn ambiguous business requests into actionable implementation plans and decision-making frameworks.
• Prepare and present initiative proposals to C-level stakeholders using structured storytelling and trade-off framing.
• Lead market expansion and localization initiatives from initial planning to full operational launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation across Product, Finance, Legal, Payments, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, escalations, and execution accountability across parallel workstreams.
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders and maintain governance structures and transparent reporting.
• Establish scalable project documentation, decision logs, and post-launch performance monitoring.
