Student Accommodation Booking Advisor (PBSA/BTR) Sheffield City Centre (office-based) Salary: £24,500 plus commission (OTE £35,000) Are you a proactive, persuasive sales advisor who enjoys helping people make confident decisions and seeing an enquiry through to a confirmed booking?   Our PBSA/BTR (Purpose Built Student Accommodation / Build to Rent) team is growing fast, and we are hiring a Student Accommodation Booking Advisor to help students find the right room and guide them through the booking journey.

This is still a sales role: you will spend much of your day on the phone, email, and WhatsApp, speaking to students, securing bookings, and keeping momentum moving.

Reporting directly to our Head of New Business (PBSA/BTR), you will join a small PBSA/BTR team at a genuinely exciting stage of growth.
