Position Overview

            Developmental Discipline Co‑ordinator – Assist HOD Student Management  Provide supervision and structured support for students serving detention/suspension from Monday to Friday, after school until 4:30 pm (Fridays 4 pm). 
Implement, monitor, and supervise detentions and suspensions; maintain consistency in process and follow up procedures. 
Follow‑up with defaulters. 
Upkeep, maintain, and compile detention records and data. 
Revert to Form Teachers on detention/suspension attendance. 
Reinforce appropriate behaviour, accountability, and reintegration into school routines. 
 Maintain smooth operations of the Discipline Room – Assist HOD (SM) & Operation Manager (OM)  Support the management of late‑comers in the morning.
