Position Overview
Scope of Work
- Supervise detention sessions, reflection activities, and restorative practices for students referred for behavioural concerns.
- Assist HOD Discipline and relevant staff in conducting fact‑finding investigations related to student incidents, including gathering statements and corroborating information.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of incidents, interventions, and follow‑up actions.
- Manage student management records and databases, including data extraction, case tracking, trend analysis, and reporting to support informed decision‑making.
- Monitor students with recurring behavioural concerns and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of restorative and developmental approaches to student behaviour management.
