Position Overview
Drive safety and efficiency as a Distribution Operator for Suncor in Port Moody, BC. This part-time position centers on fuel product management and teamwork within the Burrard Terminal.
As a Distribution Operator, you will leverage your operational experience to support equipment monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing safety protocols while managing liquid products like fuels in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee fuel management, including transferring and preparing equipment
• Complete documentation and hook up railcars accurately
• Implement preventative maintenance routines on key equipment
• Regularly monitor equipment to resolve any issues promptly
• Participate in emergency situations when required
Requirements:
• At least two years in liquid product handling experience
• Technical certification as a 4th Class Power Engineer preferred
