Configuration Assurance Supervisor – El Lago site

As a member of the Core Quality Services Team, you will support the Neuromodulation and CRM business units in implementing a new PLM. You will lead a team of change analysts and manage day‑to‑day activities such as processing Enovia Change Orders, data cleansing in source systems, and supporting data conversions for the Go‑Live of Windchill. You will work closely with the CQS CA Program Manager and the CQS CA Manager to ensure adequate support for CRM and Neuromodulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Configuration Analysts, ensuring day‑to‑day operational support and data cleansing/migration needs for impacted OUs (CRM, Neuromodulation) are adequately addressed.
• Coordinate with Program Management and Configuration Assurance Operations Management to establish priorities, allocate resources, and assign tasks supporting the Operations and Product DNA Programs.
