Position Overview
Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate HVAC electrical installation activities at the project site.
- Manage electrical foremen, electricians, and helpers to ensure safe and efficient execution of work.
- Plan daily work activities, allocate manpower, and ensure availability of required tools, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor progress of HVAC electrical works and ensure completion as per project schedule.
- Supervise electrical installation works for AHUs, FCUs, FAHUs, exhaust fans, ventilation systems, chillers, pumps, package units, and other HVAC equipment.
- Ensure proper installation of power cables, control cables, cable trays, conduits, isolators, junction boxes, starters, VFDs, and control panels.
- Coordinate with HVAC, BMS, commissioning, and other disciplines for equipment integration and functional testing.
