The Supervisor, Grounds and Conversion oversees the work product of the laborers and operators on duty. Responsibilities include assigning and directing work; addressing complaints; recommending solutions; and reporting any disciplinary concerns to management. Working both indoors and outdoors throughout the grounds and various facilities, both on‑site and off‑site. Perform duties including, but not limited to moving, setting up and tearing down equipment for various events. Ability to work at a sustained pace and produce quality work. As an active supervisor, responsibilities include operating heavy and mobile equipment.
