About the role

TheRecreation Centre Supervisor offers an exceptional opportunity responsible for management of the recreation facilities, providing clean and safe opportunities for sport and recreation and promoting a healthy lifestyle for all employees and community residents. This role is to recruit for an existing vacancy.

The position will be on an 5/2/4/3 (9.5 – hour day) roster and will be based residentially in Red Lake, Ontario.


We offer a competitive salary, bonus structure and future growth. The compensation range for this role is $75, to $84, CAD.


Key result areas in this role include:

  • Oversee general operation and maintenance of Recreation Centre (e.g., pool, rink, weight room, bowling alley, lounge, baseball field, etc.)

  • Recruit and hire qualified staff members for respective areas

  • Supervise Recreation Centre staff including summer students and summer camp activities
