Summary You will serve as a Production Manager in the Manufacturing Operations Branch, Prototyping & Manufacturing Division, Prototyping, Manufacturing & SE & ALRE TEST Dept. of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. Responsibilities You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees. You will establish long-term task priorities, determine work procedures and methods, and guide employee's work. You will evaluate work performance of subordinates and recommend official performance ratings. You will motivate employees and/or supervisors under your leadership to perform and leads the work unit(s) through developing organizational objectives.
