SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist in the Support Equipment (SE) Fleet Support Team (FST), Automatic Test Systems (ATS) branch of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST. The duty location of this position is San Diego, CA. Responsibilities You will exercise full supervisory responsibility over a logistics team, which includes setting priorities, assigning work, conducting performance appraisals, and identifying training opportunities to maximize team effectiveness. You will direct all phases of integrated product support, from concept exploration to disposal, for the CASS family of testers, Test Program Sets and related Common/Peculiar Support Equipment ensuring optimal system readiness and mission capability.
