SUPERVISORY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Summary About the Position: Works under the administrative direction of the Commander of the 595th Transportation Brigade. Oversees management and operational issues for the Surface DPO and supply chain functions across the Brigade's AOR, using independent judgment and initiative. RECRUITMENT/RELOCATION/RETENTION INCENTIVE may be requested through management and may be authorized up to 25% of base salary per year to be paid bi-weekly for a period of service up to 2 years Responsibilities Approve multi-year and long-range goals and objectives and work plans, assign and evaluate work. Develop performance standards used to appraise work, give advice and instructions, as required.
