Position Overview
What you will do
- The Supplier Development & Performance Manager is responsible for identifying and driving continuous improvements with assigned suppliers.
- This role ensures alignment with business needs to maximize sustainable supplier performance in terms of on-time delivery, quality, capacity, scalability, and sustainability to all sites.
- Lead a team of Supplier Development leaders and NPI Engineers across multiple PBU/plants to drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with Integral Fulfillment Manager, PBU Operations leaders, and Procurement to implement processes, tools, and training that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and accountability in order fulfillment.
