Job Description

The key role of the Coordinator will be to serve as the guardian of Tier 2 supplier maturity and capacity risk, proactively preventing issues during ramp‑up, potential line stoppages, sequencing failures, and capacity gaps that could impact plant operations. The Coordinator will be responsible for the MP&L function across the supplier base, ensuring compliance with all BMW NCAR milestones (RG4, RG5, and RG6) as well as all LOPA test cases applicable to the SLP plant.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Risk Assessment and Due Diligence — Conduct structured risk assessments for each Tier 2 supplier, evaluating installed capacity versus demand, financial health, sub‑supplier dependency, logistics performance history, labor and energy contingencies, and disruption recovery capabilities.
