Supply Planning Specialist (Barcelona)

FUNCTIONS

Ensure availability of components and raw materials in order to meet the production plan according to the inventory policies of the company.

• Analyze the needs of raw materials and packaging taking into account production planning.
• Key planning information update (delivery dates, lot sizes, incidents, etc.).
• Prepare orders to subcontractors, send materials necessary to manufacture/package in the necessary cases and carry out the follow‑up collection to ensure the availability of the Finished Product.
• Medium/long‑term rough capacity planning.
• Stock management.
• Send Rolling/Forecast according to agreements with suppliers to anticipate future supply needs.
• Detect and participate in the development of improvements.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in BA, Economics or Engineering.
• Experience: At least 3 years having similar responsibilities in supply area.
