Position Overview
Support Analyst working within the TCS Singapore team.
The RoleYou will be a member of our Technical Client Success team, working as a Support Analyst in a challenging environment with clients that are mercilessly quality-conscious. This is a client-facing role with daily responsibilities involving dealing with clients in a support/advisory capacity, providing resolution and follow-up to issues which arise in business-critical, production environments.
Responsibilities- Be the point of contact for your clients and own the technical relationship to ensure the greatest possible value is derived from the use of our services
- Provide high-level technical consultancy to our clients and internal stakeholders, such as product configuration and training
- Manage deployment projects.
