To own and resolve complex L2/L3 technical incidents and service requests across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking environments. The role ensures high-quality technical resolution, strong SLA adherence, effective escalation support, and continuous improvement within the service desk function.
