Position Overview
RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Administrative Functions
. Support the Service Manager in preparation of weekly and monthly service reports.
. Process meter billing and ensure accurate updates in the CRM system.
. Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to ensure smooth and efficient daily service operations when required.
. Maintain proper documentation and service records for audit and tracking purposes.
2) Technical Functions
. Assist in the installation, setup, and configuration of copiers/ multifunction printers(MFPs) and smart office solutions.
. Attend to on-site service calls and urgent breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution.
. Support engineers in troubleshooting hardware issues (machines, networking, peripherals) and software-related problems (drivers, system integration, workflow solutions).
