Support Mechanical

To support the mechanical maintenance and smooth functioning of critical equipment including the Hot Rolling Mill, Cold rolling mill, finishing line, Soaking Pits, Scalper, stiffleg Crane and utility. This role ensures reliable operation through preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems, minimizing machine downtime while upholding safety, quality, and operational efficiency

Equipment Availability & Uptime

- Ensure high mechanical availability of Hot Rolling Mill, cold rolling Mill, finishing line, soaking pits, scalper, and stiffleg crane through timely preventive and breakdown maintenance.

- Target minimal downtime and quick restoration of operations after mechanical failures.

Preventive Maintenance Execution

Breakdown Response & Troubleshooting
