About the role

The Support Officer - Aged and Community Care supports entry-level (non-clinical) digital, in-home, and community-based aged and community care programs to support participants to maintain social connectedness and independence.

Working as part of an integrated Nationwide Aged and Community Care team, the role will collaborate with functional teams including Intake, Quality, Operations, and Finance, to ensure our programs are informed by participant choice, provide dignity and respect, and are responsive to identity, culture and diversity.
