Job Title: Support Worker

Job Purpose

To provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults with care and support needs, promoting independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing. The Support Worker will assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, social engagement, and emotional support while ensuring a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal care including washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal assistance.
