Survey Officer

To support the Survey Department through administrative, coordination, and documentation activities, ensuring smooth workflow between field survey teams, engineering teams, and project management, while maintaining accurate survey records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of all survey-related documentation and records
• Manage and control survey data, reports, drawings, and deliverables received from field survey teams
• Coordinate with field surveyors to ensure timely submission of survey results and updates
• Support in reviewing and compiling survey reports, as-built drawings, and data submissions
• Maintain tracking logs for survey activities, equipment status, and calibration records
