Building Operator (Hourly: CA$32.61)

Reporting to the manager/supervisor. Responsible for performing maintenance, routine and on‑demand services, including preventive and predictive activities on devices.

• Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire safety systems.
• Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment such as heat pumps, boilers, air handlers, and fire systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate repairs as needed.

Live‑in Building Superintendent (Full‑time, Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.)

Report directly to the Property Manager and oversee day‑to‑day maintenance of a residential building.

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure building is clean, safe, and functional for residents.
