System Analyst

We are seeking a System Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the IoT and/or physical security technology industries, have in-depth experience with networking and IT services, and have hands‑on experience across the entire software lifecycle—from presales and deployment to support and client training. This role demands a deep understanding of device integration, networking, technical documentation, and troubleshooting, as well as a passion for delivering high‑quality, client‑focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deployments & Installs: Lead and execute installation and configuration of IPFusion software, ensuring seamless integration with devices & systems.
• Support: Provide advanced technical support to resolve complex issues, working closely with development and engineering teams. Be a part of the On‑Call team to handle issues which may arise outside of business hours.
