Position Overview
Responsibilities
Support application systems and provide first line assistance to end users
Identify problem nature and effectively communicate with vendors’ support
Facilitate user requirement collections and system analysis
Understand user’s business needs and document resulting operation workflow
Articulate and support technical solutions integrated and implemented in a Cloud environment
Liaise with solution vendors and monitor the outcome in a joint work force consisting of multiple business functions and vendors
Communicate the solution within a multi-cultural and multi-language environment
Requirements
University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 5 years working experience in application support environment, of which 3 years working as a System/Business Analyst or first line application support analyst
