 G6 – Network Operations Engineer (Senior L1 / L1.5) Role Summary G6 engineers handle advanced L1 operations and act as the bridge between L1 and L2. They perform deep troubleshooting, validate changes, and ensure stability of business critical network services. Key Responsibilities •   Lead L1 troubleshooting for complex network incidents: o   Multi site routing issues o   Firewall / VPN connectivity issues o   High CPU/memory or device performance degradation •   Perform detailed diagnostics using tools like Wireshark, CLI checks, NetFlow. •   Validate network changes executed by L2/L3 teams (pre/post checks). •   Identify recurring issues and raise problem tickets with RCA inputs. •   Drive communication in outage calls and coordinate with cross functional teams. •   Guide G4/G...
