Position Overview
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The System Analyst is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of enterprise systems across both cloud and on-premises environments, with a specific focus on Azure infrastructure and retail endpoint operations. This role designs, deploys, and maintains production systems while managing configuration, build, and release processes to support stable and scalable technology services. The System Analyst troubleshoots complex issues spanning platform, application, and infrastructure layers, driving rapid resolution and minimizing operational impact.
In addition to cloud and infrastructure responsibilities, the System Analyst oversees the full lifecycle of Windows operating systems and retail endpoint technologies, including POS devices, scanners, payment systems, and peripheral hardware.
