Systems Engineer - Automation (Windows/VMware) - Genève

Salary: CHF 110'000 - 150'000 per year

Requirements

• Excellent command of Windows Server administration.
• Excellent command of PowerShell (scripting, modules, APIs, end to end automation).
• Good command of VMware Aria / vRealize Automation (vRA, vRO, blueprints, workflows). Knowledge of other Aria suite components is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD applied to automation, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience with Azure, Terraform, GIT and Ansible is considered an asset.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
• Ability to work independently in a complex environment.
• Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
