Position Overview
Job Description
- To attend to all users fault reports on L3IVCS system.
- To liaise with all Telco and overseas telephone lines providers for all telephone lines faults on L3IVCS system.
- To liaise with system contractor that lines to L3IVCS system.
- To log down all fault resolutions on L3IVCS logging files.
- To assist Air traffic controllers for all audio recording playback.
- Min Engineering Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronics / Computing.
- Knowledge of IVCS / VCS systems.
- Familiarity with audio recording and playback systems.
- Basic knowledge of IP networking, System fault isolation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with fault management and logging procedures.
- Class 3 driving license.
