Position Overview

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for management and leadership positions , ensuring strong alignment between business needs and market conditions.

This role will partner closely with senior stakeholders, drive high‑quality selection processes, and act as a key point of contact throughout the hiring journey—while consistently delivering an excellent candidate experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
  • Experience managing complex or high‑volume recruitment processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in BPO or fast‑growing environments is a plus
